Challenge: Create a market research platform for Fortune 500 companies in the CPG market
BlackSwan Data is a full-service company operating in the market research industry.
The challenge was creating better ways for some of the world’s biggest companies to understand and capitalize on current and future trends.
This project required UX creativity to help users understand the vast amount of data at their fingertips.

Achievements: Growth investment from Pepsico worth $3.5m due to a new chat-based product analysis and concept creation tool
xneelo is a web-hosting company, previously known as Hetzner SA.
Inspired by a Latin phrase that translates into the ability to 'create something out of nothing', xneelo had a goal to break away from their parent company and setup a new and unique experience for web-hosting.

Achievements: +120% increase in product engagement with the launch of a new simple and user-focused product line
Client: rain - the all data network
Challenge: Help bring 5G into Africa with the first all-data network
rain - the all data network was the first provider in Africa to provide 5G.
Built from scratch, rain was the new kid on the scene of some of the biggest companies on the continent. The challenge was to ask people to think differently about what mobile data means and let go of traditional thinking around sim-cards.

whereismytransport is a transport data application for public transport users.
The challenge was to create a convenient way for public transport users to know where they needed to go to take the safest and most reliable routes. This task presented a whole new level of experience in data I had never had.

Challenge: Help connect workers with their families back home
MammaMoney helps people stay connected by giving working individuals the ability to send money back home as easy as possible.
This project required a lot of research into how the average low-income worker in South Africa used mobile devices and understanding what channels worked best for them.

Zanaco is committed to keeping individuals connected by providing seamless and convenient solutions for individuals and businesses in Zambia.
This project entailed extensive research into the mobile device usage patterns and preferences of the Zambian market, ensuring we understood the most effective channels for their day-to-day transactions.
